I purchased a 30″ X 40″ garage from this company. The software package they use showed what the building looked like when it was designed to my specifications. After my initial meeting, I had some changes to my design. These changes were added to my design. I asked for information on buildings that had recently been installed and was provided contact information. I made contact with the building buyers and looked at 2 recent builds. I signed the contract and paid a deposit. I was contacted by the manufacturer (Eagle) to confirm install location and site preparation information. My install was 400 miles away from the sales office. I was able to remove my old 12″ X 24″ building, get local site preparation, get the concrete floor installed and get the new building installed in crash course period of 9 days. 5 of 9 days was waiting for the concrete cure before the building could be installed. The actual install was with a crew of 3 and took 2 days, start to finish. I took about 6 month in advance planning before signing the contract and EVERYTHING went exactly as planned and on schedule. I love my new building. If I was doing it again, only thing I would change is having spray foam insulation on the walls to help seal it from mice & snake visitors.
